Global project/program/performance management, financial controlling, procurement, supply chain, logistics, ICT, manufacturing operations and engineering design in the Sugar, Chemical, Construction/Service and Mining industries.

Prior to establishing SHG Consulting in Australia in 2015, Vice President Systems & Processes for Schindler based in Shanghai introducing new structured programs to achieve higher levels of performance, accountability and efficiency in alignment with updated business strategies and supported by new technology platforms for savings, spend, eRFx, eTender/Auction, supplier performance/relationship and contracts management.

Formal qualifications include a Masters in Commerce and an Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New South Wales. Completed the Business Excellence Program at the University of Rotterdam in Strategic Management, Commercial Business Excellence and Operational Excellence.

Executed many large projects, with a hands on, practical and  outcome centric approach.
